Eligibility
Returns may be requested within 7 days of receiving your order.
To qualify for a return:
● Items must be unused and in original condition.
● Original packaging must be intact.
● Proof of purchase must be provided.
Non-Returnable Items
Due to the collectible nature of our products, the following items are generally non-returnable:
● Opened booster packs
● Opened booster boxes
● Opened ETBs
● Opened collection boxes
● Mystery products
● Gift cards
● Digital products
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of
delivery with clear photos and order details.
Refund Process
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business
days after inspection and approval.
Shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
